I have attempted to contact the corporate office and left 16 messages with in 5 and a half hours and no one has returned my call or has fixed the problem. The lady that answered the 1-888-227-4758 who’s name is “Vanessa”. Was rude and disrespectful and also hung up on me multiple times all because I asked to speak to a manager. The problem has been reported to our bank and I will NEVER EVER deal with this company again.. they are rude and crooked and liars. When you give permission one day to take money out that DONT MEAN wait a WHOLE MONTH TO TRY AND TAKE IT!!
