  My wife and I feel extremely fortunate to have found Raven. She helped us purchase our dream home in Maui and she made the financing side run smoothly from start to finish. In addition, her general expertise in real estate transactions proved invaluable as we proceeded with a somewhat protracted buying process. Early on she advised us how to best structure our finances and also helped us correct some credit issues that we weren’t even aware of. Later, as we needed loan pre-approval letters—often without much notice—Raven was able to furnish those quickly which was so important in such a competitive market. Once we found our home, she was also able to eventually secure us a competitive loan rate on the loan and also helped us by putting us into contact with insurance companies to protect our investment. Throughout the process she provided us with sound advice making everything clear and straightforward. Her knowledge is absolutely unparalleled—she even guided the real estate agents and the escrow company by catching some issues that they had overlooked. She was always available for questions and she really made us feel calm and confident during every part of the buying process. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Raven again and we truly feel lucky to have found her.
