      Tell your Medical Provider to NOT USE THIS COMPANY for patient financing. WHY !!! Their online payment system is sooooo screwed up. I have had my account locked 4 times in 8 months requiring me to jump through hoops of calling to have it unlocked and then on top of that their online payment system when you try to enter a payment will only take a minimum payment until you cancel that and then enter something else....my time is more valuable than dealing with this company / panama call center . They outsource jobs to panama for cheap labor...not a USA first company....

      We have had 2 loans through Provider Web Capital. They serve a niche for small/midsize business owners that cannot meet the strict bank requirements for a loan (because banks will only loan a business money when they don't need it anymore). Their payment terms are designed to help small businesses: 1) they tack the total interest onto the principal of the loan, and 2) they deduct each week a fixed percentage of your receivables until the total loan is paid off - no matter how long it takes. This allows you to plan your budgets much more easily...and it allows for weeks that you may have less incoming revenue without having to worry about the loan payment. Very good to work with, and I may work with them again!
