      We worked with them to obtain our place of residence and it was great to have them on our team. As they are local, they were able to use their local knowledge to help us know what to expect and everything in between. As the first place of residence did not pan out, they kept on going with us into the next place which ended up where we bought from. To have a home during this time is a gift and so was their team. As a local lender, you just can't go wrong with them. Would highly recommend, especially as a first time home buyer which we were.
