  Laurie Brooks at the 9th Street location was fantastic as my Mortgage Loan Originator. She was super responsive, friendly, answered all my questions, and helped me close on my home in record time. I was able to get an exceptional rate on my mortgage, for which I will be forever grateful. Laurie even came to my closing with a gift in hand. Thanks to Laurie, my experience as a first time home buyer was amazing. I highly recommend her and Arbor!!

  June 16th 2022 I called to speak to a call center representative about a blocked autopay transaction. "DREW" answered informed me that it was blocked because it was a Texas based transaction. This is troublesome because I have been based in TX over 50% of the time for over 2 years. Upon pointing that out he responded with "no you dont" so I requested to speak with the manager on shift. He question "why?" To which I responded with because I would like to speak to them. He told me "no its my last day sand I don't like you". Then hung up. I have called back 6 times the first time he pretended he couldn't hear me and disconnected and since every time i have called it is answered with silence. This person has access to my money and confidential information. I do not feel comfortable with my money here any longer

  They tried to force me to get a new card AFTER I resolved my issues on my account and made agreements with people at the branch. I called and canceled monthly memberships and everything and the fraud dept. STILL wanted me to get a new card tho it was me who made a mistake and no fraud was going on. I had to beg them to keep the card I currently had. The worse part, the same lady I spoke to and made the agreements with was siding with the fraud dept even tho she told me I would be good after I call and make cancelation my part a week prior. I can't wait to leave this bank!
