I cannot begin to thank Arbor One and Pete for their help refinancing our mortgage. I'm not sure about you, but refinancing is not something we do every day. It is a daunting task to even consider. Pete was an absolute gem to work with. He really LISTENED ( kind of a rare thing to encounter these days)! We never felt as if we were just another transaction to him. He made the process personal and efficient and very clear. He took the time to find out what we wanted to accomplish with our refinance, and he moved quickly and professionally to make that vision a reality. We are so grateful and pleasantly surprised that people like Pete exist. He checked in with us every step of the way and did some real handholding throughout the process. Today, we are in a much better situation than before the refinance -- and that is all thanks to Pete and Arbor One! PS: He's a really nice guy to boot -- easy to talk to, respectful, funny, super charming, and extremely knowledgeable. Bravo, Pete!
