  Outstanding customer service. I've had multiple loans through them over the last 10yrs. Mortgage, car and personal. Very professional. Highly recommended

  I called two weeks ago to get loan information. I sat on hold for 10 mins and gave up. I figured maybe they were busy. I went in to speak with someone thinking I would get better service. NOT!! The one and only person that can handle loans was not answering her phone in the office which was 15 feet from the teller. God forbid someone got up from their seat to get the person who might know something about loans. Bottom line. Ask yourself why you don't see people walking in and out doing business...maybe because nobody there cares. I will take my business elsewhere.

  I’ve had this bank for the last 6 years. My mother has used this bank her whole life. If you want a bank that only does one thing well this is the place for you. But if you want a bank that has a helpful loan department... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I’ve never met a more miserable, unhelpful loan officer. I closed my account went to a new bank and had a much more productive conversation with an actual helpful loan officer. Thank god I left.
