I was told last week I was eligible to refinance my loan on the fourth of july and to put my application in so by yesterday it would be ready. I called in yesterday and was told it wasn't eligible because they didn't get the week before last payment due to everyone in the job getting sick from covid19. I stayed out to self quarantine to protect myself and my children who has asthma, and one was born prematurely. They still got a payment this week and refused to help even though they told me I was going to be able to . Stay away from them. They was already rude but I decided to give them a benefit of doubt and they prove just like these other companies that during hard times they are only for they self
