  Amazing loan officer! You should definitely hire him. He helped us all the way from TN in AZ even though we were not buying a house right then. He was so good we specifically sought him out again when we were ready to buy a house. Amazing experience, totally flawless, which is what you want during the stressful time of buying a home.

  Chad Okun was such a pleasure to work with. He made himself available any time of day or night to assist with our refinance. Chad took the time to understand our situation and needs and was invested throughout the entire process. As a first time "home-buyer" doing this refinance during a difficult time due to a family member passing away, we couldn't have asked for a better friend at our side. I say friend, because he truly cared and stayed communicative throughout the entire process. We never felt left in the dark. Thank you Chad! You are amazing, I'd recommend you to anyone!
