They are willing to help always. One teller took the time to explain services to me where I could understand. I'm a happy clients for more than a decade. They help clear up problems with your account when things go wrong which saves you money. They have a program to help increase your credit that helps so many people which helped me. They are always creating new ways to assist their clients like new debit card has your information on the back of card that way no one can see it or copy it. Which makes it much safer.

I always enjoy going to Ar. Fed Credit Union. The bank employees are pleasant, service oriented and focused on outcome. They go out of their way to help execute the customer ‘s requests. I really appreciate this bank and their courteous and prompt service.
