There are NO words to express how professional and polite the entire staff of Arkansas federal credit unions Van Buren branch does business. Every time I called, arrived in person, or needed any assistance of any sort they were always ready to help. It did not matter if I was dealing with my loan officer directly or a teller at the drive-thru, because I knew they would find the answer or point me in the right direction to complete my task at hand. Due to the amazing customer service this branch provided I am going to only be doing business with them from here on out For any future financial needs I may need. If you have not done business with Arkansas Federal credit Union Van Buren branch then you are missing out because Customer Service like this is rarely found. Again I wanna send out my gratitude and appreciation for everything Arkansas federal credit union in Van Buren branch has done for me and my family you deserve more than just five stars!

They have assisted me in a variety of services (especially, over the last few days) at the drop of a hat and made sure to be available when it was convenient for my hectic work schedule. I couldn’t be more thankful for that, but even more so, with how knowledgeable they have all been in their specific areas.
