  I love this bank. I usually do most of my business in the Butler branch but it is nice to see them expanding out further. And this one is new, huge and overall just a beautiful building in the nice township of Adams. Very nice.

  This review is only for the Mars location. My usual location is great, but I would have switched banks by now if Mars was the only option. The new building is nice, but that’s all I can say about it. First and foremost, a bank teller gave out my personal information and exact numbers about my account status to someone who wasn’t me and didn’t present (and wasn’t even asked for) any form of ID. This was when the new building had just opened so maybe this teller hadn’t been trained yet, but I really didn’t appreciate it. The brand new ATMs are also awful, can’t even accept the same cash that’s been withdrawn from them a minute ago. They hold cash deposits for up to 72 hours, which I wasn’t expecting because back when I banked with PNC the atms there could accept cash deposits immediately, but for that alone I wouldn’t have left a bad review. I thought that was only the ATMs since those tend to be serviced by a technician and bankers can’t usually access them directly, but two days ago I used the night deposit here to make a cash deposit and that hasn’t even been posted as pending on my account yet. My usual location counts cash deposits immediately (except through the ATM) or by the time the bank opens in the morning whether it’s during bank hours or through the night deposit. Mars is on my way home from work, but it’s definitely not convenient to never have any idea if they’re even processing anything, let alone having to wait so long. My check deposits process faster than cash here. That said, Armco CU is a good bank. Just not this location.
