  I received a call and text message from the Armed Forces bank stating there were possibly fraudulent activity on my checking account. I checked and there was. Please read the following....... I have been banking on Fort Leonard Wood since 1977. I have never had any issues with the banks especially the one now, ( Armed Forces Bank). Recently I noticed 3 fraudulent items withheld on my savings account totaling over $1100, I went to Armed Forces Bank on a Tuesday, bringing to their attention the unauthorized withholding. I was told once they were out of pending to come back in and make the complaint, They cleared on Thursday at Midnight , I went in on Friday completed the paperwork and was told not to worry, these are definitely unauthorized, and my money would be put back into my account within 3 to 5 days. On Monday midnight the money was back in my account. I would like to thank Armed Forces Bank and specially the young ladies that work at the Fort Leonard Wood branch for their concern and fast resolving of my situation. They are truly dedicated and professional employees. Thank you so much, Larry Wheeler

  I think the clerks get agitated when I deposit cash. Is cash really a hassle today?

  Went to close my account. They only closed my savings.(they took my card btw) 2 months later and I'm getting calls that I owe money because the person only closed my savings. They said I was getting charged when I have been getting charged on my new credit card. Please save your time and go to navy federal. This bank has given me to many problems in the past and I'm relieved I've switched.
