      WORST BANK IN THE FORT SMITH REGION. TELL YOU ONE THING WITH YOUR ACCOUNTS( SAVINGS OR CHECKING) IN DO SOMETHING THAT BENEFITS THEM NOT THE CUSTOMERS. CLOSING ALL ACCOUNTS WITH THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.

      I usually do not give 1 star reviews, but I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. I came in and talked to the receptionist Mandy who was very unkind and not welcoming at all. My husband and I have our mortgage loan through this bank and Linda is great. But will not get another loan through this bank because of the hospitality.
