  Absolute worst bank experience I've ever had in my life. I had a loan officer there tell me for 5 weeks that I was being approved for a loan for my house and then it was about to close any day. That was a bold face lie. He lied about ordering the appraisal on the house. He would never return my calls never meet me when I walked in the bank always acting as if he was busy. And after 5 weeks of wasting my time I was told by his Superior the hit never done any work on my loan the entire time and that the bank didn't even know I had applied for one there. Once I was told that by his Superior I suggested that he do something to fix the problem. He responded that the loan officer would never learn if he always had to fix his problems for him. Not only making me feel completely worthless as a customer for the $600,000 worth of business I was bringing to this Bank. But it gave me purpose and warning everybody that I know not to ever do business with this bank because they lie and you cannot trust anything they say. And when they are caught lying they don't even care about you as a customer.
