      I watched this bank lock people out during a tornado they simple must not care about the lives of their customers

      Bryce, We are sorry for any misunderstanding yesterday during the severe weather scare. We are required to lock the doors of our locations when tornado sirens go off. Customers within the branch stayed inside during the sirens, and everyone near the doors was ushered inside before we had to lock doors per our protocol. The safety and well-being of our customers and bankers is always our top priority.
