  As a licensed real estate agent, I have worked with many lenders. Bill is one of my favorites. He is timely, communicative, thorough, and overcomes transactional hurdles with grace. He is positive and supportive, and truly wants to do what's best for his clients. He works hard to customize each loan to each individual client, as everyone has a different financial picture.   As a first time home buyer, Bill made me comfortable from the start. What stood out with him compared to others is that he took the time to get to know me first before diving into business. He met me on a personal level, explained his role and history in the game, and then put the ball back in my court and allowed me to pick who I wanted to go with. I did not feel pressured at all and I am thankful for him as buying your first home can be nerve racking to say the least. During the entire process he was communicative and always made himself available when I had questions (which I had a lot of). He kept me constantly updated, I never felt left in the dark, he was very knowledgeable, held himself accountable at all times, and set clear expectations on everything. He got me the rate I was looking for and made this entire process much easier than I was expecting it to be. I am super thankful to Bill and his team, would definitely recommend him to others, and definitely will be going back to him when it comes time to purchase my next home.

  From start to finish Bill made the entire process go so smoothly. He was quick to process paperwork, respond to emails or texts with questions and was an absolute asset to our refi loan. In the end we ended up with an even better deal then we set out to get because he was so thorough in checking everything out and ensuring we had the best experience and best result that fit our needs!
