      The tellers are very friendly, they treat you more like family instead of just a customer. I've never waited more than 5 minutes in line. It's an overall good place to do your banking.

      I have been a member since the mid-90s. My only complaint is that they do not have any branches in the area where I live. The closest branch is an hour away. There used to be a few credit unions in my area that also served as a service center for Arrowhead members, but for some reason it stopped. Im thinking about closing my account due to the inconvenience.
