      Got treated terribly first I though it was a Joke only to find out I was profiled. They vilified me to the upmost. Simply because I left my I D. All I want was to pay my bill.

      Staff refuses to help me get in to the online payments and continues to charge me the 5 dollar fee to pay over the phone. How am I supposed to get into a website that wont email me my password? Why should I keep paying a fee for something that isn't my fault and no one will help me fix the problem? So rude!
