  I just closed on a sale in Kenwood, and though it was my first time working with Artesian Title, the communication and transaction went as smoothly as if we'd had years of established rapport. Alexa Grivas was my closer, and she was both responsive and delightful to interact with. This particular closing had a compact, 25 day close, and we were in such good shape toward the end of that time frame that we had the opportunity to close several days early. For the closing, I visited the office for some requisite live signatures, and the environment and entire team were very inviting.

  We just closed on the sale of my parents' condo in St Pete beach and I have only the highest praise for the professional and caring attention that this closing was given by Sesilia, Sesilia and the entire staff of Artesian Title. Having done my share of real estate sale transactions, I can say they went above and beyond what was required, paid close and careful attention to all of the details and, in a couple of instances were able to proactively help us avoid pitfalls along the way. Not only are they very knowledgeable and professional, their quick responses to questions both by phone or email demonstrated a level of client communication that should be the gold standard. 50.
