      The new online banking website was not designed to be user friendly. The employees are of no help with the new site either. I hate it!!!

      Very good bank the employees are very nice and courteous. The only problem is they're automated phone system don't work half the time I've been trying for the last hour to get my balance and I go through all my security questions and everything but when I get to my PIN number it says that's not the pin code I have on file. My sister also banks author State Bank and she tried to call and get her balance and it did her the same way that that's not the PIN code we have on file and this is not the first time I've had this problem I wished theywould get this fixed.
