She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and properly taken care of. Misty upholds integrity and professionalism. She completely changed what was a negative experience (not due to Arvest) and ensured customer satisfaction throughout the whole process. Our world needs more Misty's !       Everyone at this bank is so friendly! Great customer service also, I rarely wait at all to make a deposit. Kiska in particular is amazing, but everyone in the bank seems to smile or greet you when you walk in!
