      Arvest financed my vehicle loan and once it was paid off I requested title and they lost it in their files…. What a joke.

      Arvest bank needs to rethink the new policy about cashing checks inside the lobby and if check is made out to another person who is not on the account or doesn’t have a arvest account , they would require 2 forms of IDs and $5 charge 🙄🙄🙄, When called customer service, I was told the reason if this policy is so people can open account with them .....
