      Don't think that declining over draft protection is safe. I have an account overdrawn by $84 because Arvest decided to cover something even though I declined overdraft protection, thry then also chose to add the $17 fee, and then as if that isn't enough, they also charged me $17 for my car insurance that was NOT covered and refuse to remove it. Way to treat a client having a tough time due to covid and a death in the family. THIS is why I didn't have a bank for years, and why I am done with it. It's so much safer and easier to use a prepaid card these days. C ya Arvest.
