  Totally unacceptable waited in the drive thru for 20 mins then get to the window needed to be put on my mother and fathers account so their bills can be paid when I get to the window I was told that they are now closed and they took all 3 IDs of ours and was told to pull around to the front and would have to wait 15 mins and they would bring the forms out to sign the lady came out and was very unprofessional and said sorry we shut our system down have to come back on Monday. My Mother and father have stated they will probably close there accounts out and open a account at my bank Armstrong bank in checotah they acted like they didn't want to help us because they wanted to go home i think thats Bad for business and will tell others about our experience.

  I've. Been a customer more than 15 years, they auto took out my loan payment, for the first time after several months putting my account in the red with there NSF fee to there self the Domino , affect cost me over70$ in fees beware
