Not a good bank. They take too long to process certain payments or debit transactions etc. and then you wind up with multiple overdraft fees instead of just the one you were planning to overdraft on. The app is never accurate because it doesn't keep up with transactions. Go to a different bank.

They will not honor their owns checks unless you pay a $5 fee which should be illegal. A check is literally an iou from the financial institution so they are basically saying that they don't trust themselves 🤔
