      Opened a checking account on the 10th of Feb. As of Feb 19th still waiting on a debit card in the mail to actually be able to use the money I put in my account. This would be okay 15 years ago, but everything is done online or through mobile payment now. You would think they would have digital online cards or temporary ones until the real one comes in or at least have rush shipping on them. Why make your customer wait a week and a half to be able to use the checking account they opened? If I can order a Amazon package and have it be delivered the next day, I should be able to open an account and have a card within 3 days…

      mailed a payment to them from my payment book which had there p.o. box address and was returned to me by the post office. tried to call them on their number which was impossible to get in touch with anyone. I have mailed again to the same P.O. Box.
