      Arvest is a great bank. This location has a painfully slow drive through, however.

      Customer service is excellent but the dumbest thing ever to go to live teller

      Customer service needs more training. After 15 years I fogot service charge parameters so I called because I was drawing my money market down. I inquired about it and got the OK and then got hit with a service charge on my checking. Moved my accounts immediately.
