  My wife and I came in about a week ago to open a joint checking account, we were helped by Financial Sales Representative Jennifer, and Branch Sales Manager Patricia. They were both very professional, down to earth, and made everything very easy to understand. My wife and I are highly satisfied with our new bank account, and we could highly recommend this branch solely on Patricia, and Jennifer's customer service but we also recommend this bank on all the great benefits that go along with it!

  Go elsewhere BancFirst City National communications Federal credit Union anywhere else but here poor customer service and nothing but fees and excuses and I’m sorry we can’t cash your check cause we need to hold your money before we can give you your money.

  Not to friendly to their own customers walked in to notarize a title with a gentleman that has had an account with them for at least 12 or more years this was a simple task and they refused to do it said they could do it for the seller but not the buyer. I do t understand he has his money on their bank and can’t get a paper signed. Not right I told him it’s time to change banks.
