      I tried calling into the bank today and was surprised to have such a difficult time reaching an actual person to speak with in regards of my account. What happened to a live person, I dont mind the prompts but Arvest Bank needs to have a better person to person customer services for their phone service needs. I have been on hold for 26 min at this point just waiting for a live person. NO GOOD!!!

      It's pretty sick when a huge baking system charge's someone $5 to cash a check from their member at their Bank!
