This was our first time using Sallisaw Arvest. We were traveling to Texas and went through the drive through to make a large withdrawal. Dustin was exceptionally helpful and efficient. He took time to explain a couple of different options to us. Thank you Dustin and thank you Arvest!

Customer service is horrible.Tried to use the ATM and it wouldn’t return the card. Called customer service and were no help, told us to just cancel the card and order a new one that took 5-7 days. So beware of their ATM.

I understand with covid the lobby is closed I would love to set up a new Bank & Savings account there but you can't get a real person on the phone to set an appointment only for automated recording that does not give me any option to talk with a bank rep!!
