      BBB removed their membership. They have called me 25 times in the past 36 hours. Please don't do business with these folks. It's a complete scam. I have asked them about 5 times to remove me from their call list as I never even sent in an inquiry with them. The calls continue.

      Been trying to get a payoff statement for over a month from them. They spin you in circles until you want to give up, but can't because it's holding up a refinance. You think them dealing with numbers all day they'd be able to calculate a payoff....real math probably makes their little brains hurt.
