  Being a first time homeowner is a little hectic and stressful. As Is took most of the stress out of it. Rate was locked at the appropriate time to put me in the best situation I can be in. I can honestly say I wouldn’t waste my time going to another lender personally... their rates are much better than the average market and their loan officers and processors respond in a timely manner. My home closed on time with no hiccups. Would definitely recommend these folks to everyone I know, including my grandparents! Thank you team for all your hard work!

  Over the last 6 months Ted Driessen, with As Is Lending, helped me refinance my existing home & helped me purchase my future home which we closed this week! I'm self-employed with most of my income coming from commissions so it's never easy for me to qualify for a mortgage but Ted was outstanding in guiding me through the process and delivery on his promises & competitive rates!   I highly recommend Laura to anyone seeking a home loan. How we found Laura: In preparation for a refi I decided to randomly select a handful of the many letters I had received in the mail. One was from Laura. Upon speaking, she struck me immediately as an incredibly genuine person. I told my wife, "I like Laura. She is nice. I trust her. She seems like the kind of person who would be a horrible liar. I don't want to be skeptical of our lender through this whole thing so I will probably choose her." Laura's salesmanship: I wish every businessperson was like Laura. She is affable and cordial, yet sold herself far more through her actions than her words. In fact ,she basically did very little overt verbal "selling" at all. For example, she didn't at all suggest that she was a uniquely qualified person to get me the best rate, which ironically made her unique. She didn't say things like, "Let me tell you what I can do for you." She simply went about actually securing the terms of a loan we hoped for. The loan itself: Before speaking with Laura I had a pretty good idea of the range of options that were available to me. Laura and her company made things easy by coming in immediately with a loan offer at the far "good" end of that range. We took the offer, happy to have saved the hassle of negotiating too much. From there everything went as smooth as you could hope for. No surprise costs. Everything was well managed by Laura and her team (who also all seem highly competent based on my limited interactions with them).
