And in case people do not really know what a mortgage broker does or how they get paid: James finds us the best mortgage option based on many individual factors and his services are at NO COST to the borrower. The mortgage broker is paid by the lender not the borrower!!! Working with James is easy; he promptly returns calls and patiently and expertly answers our many questions.

      James is a top notch guy! I came to meet James after trying to get a mortgage quote thru quicken loans. I was very Skeptical because I had so many phone call from Quicken. James offered to make a 3 hour drive to meet my wife and I to ease my mind of working with someone I had never meet. I would highly recommend James to anyone and everyone. James is prompt, noligable and very curtios.
