I have come across a few issues with ascend that drive me crazy but working with their staff to resolve those issues has been great. Grayson is awesome. He went above and beyond to get my account fixed in a timely manner.

Very often not there during listed business hours and they never have any notification or listing as to why they aren't there. This is the third time I've gone there to do business that cant be done at an ATM and no one is inside. The Manchester branch is disappointly lazy. In the very least, put a sign on the front door letting customers know why you arent there and when they can come back, but no, the Manchester branch is too lazy to do that.

Hi Dirk - Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Please accept our apologies that your experience with Ascend has been anything but excellent. We have recently had some branch impacts due to COVID-19. Each branch is supposed to have a door poster that outlines those impacts including our Saturday lobby closures. Beginning this week, we are resuming normal lobby hours on Saturday. We appreciate your membership and hope to see you soon.
