I Love my bank they warned me when someone had stolen my identity n changed my online password n it was PayPal that stolen money out of my savings account. My bank dispute it n put my stolen money back into my account n closed out my online banking. The only thing that I have a problem with my bank is that their interest rates are very very outrageously high....

I’ve just recently started banking, and ascend is the best choice I could have made. Darlene has went above and beyond to do everything to help me in building my credit and setting myself up for a better future. She truly makes the process a thousand times easier than any other bank I’ve been with. I’ve done two loans through them and both times they were so simple, she always has all of the paperwork ready to go. She has truly been a blessing ever since I opened my accounts here, nothing but great things ahead and I highly recommend them to any and everyone for all of your banking and financial needs!
