  Online update, can not even use it. Wth are you folks thinking?! You continue to make banking with you difficult. Are you trying to make folks change banks?! Didnt even make sure it worked before disabling the old app...which freaking worked well! Currently looking for a new bank. Once again, machines down. Time to find another bank. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. Bring in person tellers back.. These video teller machines are often down! Bring back your in person tellers. They are faster than your machines plus when one of only 2 machines are operating its obviously slower. Service suffers. Your people are great but the machines are not!! I have enjoyed using this location until you switched to video tellers. They, the ladies at the window, were the only reason I haven't had direct deposit for my pay check. They were pleasant and personal for me to deal with. I knew I could count on them if I needed anything, including when my account got hacked and emptied. These video teller machines have a disconnected feel to them. If anyone is talking in the area it can be difficult to hear the video teller, and I'm not going to be hugging up on the machine so I can hear. So much for a home town touch. Not particularly happy with the machines.

  Cannot transfer into another credit union’s account. Is it even legal to call this place a federal credit union then? Either way, waste of time being that I need a credit union WITH ALL of the services that are normally provided.
