      I recently got an auto loan at a car dealer and they sourced it through Ascend. I really didn't think there would be a problem, but there is no online bill pay, you can pay by phone (only during regular business hours), but only if you're willing to pay a $10 fee, otherwise, you can cut coupons with a scissors and send them with a check via snail mail. If you're missing banking circa 1985, this is your place to go, otherwise, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!
