      I wouldn’t suggest doing any business with this credit Union , customer service is never available over phone. Emailing them will only result in some rudeness. They aren’t financially helpful either. They won’t tell you that you missed a bill until the day before they have to contact the credit bureau, in result will hurt your credit. There are better banks and credit unions out there then Ascentra credit union and I wish I knew this beforehand. So do yourself a favor and don’t 🤷🏼‍♂️
