I have been member of Ascentra Credit Union for over 40 years. They gave us our home loan and we were one of the first to get a home loan from them. We have had all our car loans with Ascentra. Always have had great service. They have explained everything clearly to us. Always have been treated with respect. Great place for taking care of all your financial needs.

This is an awesome bank! Was looking around at loansd refinance my motorcycle. My bank, vibrant, that I’ve banked with for years, I thought would’ve gave the best rate. They use Experian, which no other banks I have looked at use. That tends to be your lowest rating. They offered me 4.6%. Called green state, they offered me about the same. Went to Ascentra, got the loan at 2.5%. Was extremely happy. Got everything taken care of, and the Check sent out to Harley to pay off the loan. Will be switching over all my banking to Ascentra. Kind of sad that the bank you’ve used for over 10 years, gives you the highest rate out of anywhere you’ve called. Probably why vibrant has closed pretty much all their locations.
