Working with Mrs. Nevada Short was a blessing. She went over every detail of my credit, desicion, and options. I have never met her in person but she has shown tremendous care and interest in my loan. went through another credit union prior to ASE which was the credit union I had used for over 3 years. Was terrible told me I would have no problems getting approval, gave me payment plan, and told me she would call me back that afternoon. After a week of calling, leaving messages, and even visiting the office. I was finally told I needed a cosigner for approval and no questions asked. Mrs. Short was extremely helpful. Not only did I refiance my car but also my credit card. I'm so thankful my previous credit union turned me down and gave me the possibility of working with Mrs. Short.
