  Opportunities for a new beginning don’t fall in our laps too often but when the opportunity to begin anew in Colorado came up we had to scramble to find a home and the all-important mortgage. We were referred to Ashley Pratt of Fairway Mortgage. Ashley and her team quickly helped us through the process of securing the funding for our home and although we had a few false starts of being outbid, Ashley and her team always came through with the requested qualification documents to the sellers Agents. Once we found the home we now live in, Ashley and her team were by our side through closing and we are happy that we made the decision to go with Fairway Mortgage. By the way, their closing gift to us was perfect. We would absolutely recommend Ashley and her team as their calm demeanor and concise explanations were perfect for us while we purchased this home from 1300 miles away.
