This is my bank. After still a target of card woes, i usually show my bank overseas level accounting... successfuly supported with a modest check a Chinese language newspaper during the height of the first year of pandemic COVID, where many passports were 'held up' or 'greatly mis-appreciated' in China....And a few months back, i found a taiwanese language magazine. My bank can communicate in the ASIAN language..it's not a mystical experience... gh/GRH

Very poor service, bad attitude, printing two monthly statements actually cost 4 yuan, the first time I heard that the bank would charge for monthly statements.
