      Not sure why this company got a bad rating with no explanation, so I'm giving it a 5. We've re-financed our home a couple of times with this company in the past 25 years and it's been just fine. Mortgage loans are a bear no matter how you slice it, and Texas Lending (the dba for Aspire) has always done right by us, despite the seemingly endless documentation that needs to be completed. It's that way with all mortgage companies.

      BRUTAL. Do. not use these people. Felt so sketchy the whole way through the process but I was being lazy. HUGE regret. Kendall was nice and helpful but otherwise I would not recommend this company to anyone.
