Walk in today first time to this bank located on 300 N LaSalle st. to cashed the check (I don’t have account there). Fernando Lopez were very professional and pleasant. Explained all what I need to know and John Tague help to complete the transaction. Never heard before about this bank but after excellent experience I definitely would recommend this bank to anyone including myself , it feels like family. The professionalism of those two man and service was outstanding!

It was odd to see the low reviews on Associated and in particular this branch. I have been an Associated customer for 10+ years and have been going to this branch for the last 5. The first thing to talk about this branch is the service. John and his team are FANTASTIC. In retail banking today, it is tough to find a place where everyone knows your name, but this place does just that. On numerous occasions the team has gone above and beyond in helping both me and my company out. If you are looking for a bank that has top notch service both in person and in the call center, then this is your place.
