      Was a satisfied customer for years but now in order to provide for my funeral expenses igad money in two banks one of which was associated I provided everything needed to both banks to transfer my money to an irrevocable funeral insurance policy the non associated bank quickly took the needed documentation and released the funds to the appropriate company though given the exact same document associated bank still refuses to release the funds they hold to my desired company for the purpose of transfer to an errev9cable funeral insurance policy should this finally get released will never use associated again

      Customer care representatives are usually very friendly and helpful but not today. Hours show open til 5 when we arrived at 2:30 doors are locked due to covid but person was inside but still refused to assist. What is the point of having this location then? I will go to a different site from now on. Very disappointed.
