      Lori Naylor called recently about a transaction I conducted at this branch location. I had some questions which Lori quickly clarified. We are long term costumers of Associated Bank including our home mortgage. We are very satisfied with the service we received on our recent visit and the follow up phone call from Lori. Hard to find good customer service today but Lori Naylor was excellent!

      Third strike for Associated. They are not working with my refi lender. I'm done with this branch and Associated bank. I'm taking my business to someone that wants it. My second negative experience at associate bank summit in a row. The first was cashing a check to my wife that she signed and then I signed. I was given flack about her needing to rewrite it out to me on the back. That has never even been questioned before at any bank I’ve done business with. The second was today when I came in to open sub accounts off my savings. Was told this had to go through the banker and I could sit down and wait and I’d get an estimate of the time shortly. I waited in silence for 10 minutes with no update. I walked out after the ten minutes
