      First off, the people at this branch are nice, friendly and helpful to the best of their ability. The bank used to be behind from a technology stand point but has really developed their website. Associated Bank is one of the few banks who actually helped their non huge corporate clients with PPP loans.

      I have been going to this branch for over 10 years. Exceptionally friendly people work here! They have renovated the interior over the past 5 years and it is very nice inside. Housed in an old bank building at the center of Bartlett.

      Impossible to find took 30 minutes to get into the right parking lot and staff could not even explain how to get there, has to get out of the car and walk 10 minutes to get in. TERRIBLE LOCATION AND BRANCH PERIOD!!
