Don’t bank with Acutx. This is a horrible small bank, lack of professionalism no customer service I was speaking to this employee called jeremy Howell, you can tell he never worked at a big bank. No bank experiences, I would not recommend this bank to anyone I know.

I have the loan for my 2019 F-150 and my auto insurance through ACU. There was a delay funding a loan for a used Harley I was buying, due to some processing issues with the out of state title. The loan department originated and funded an $8,000 personal loan, in just under 2 hours. Unfortunately, this put us 15 minutes past closing time. The manager and tellers cheerfully stayed and cashed out the seller. I rode the bike home. Thank you ACU!
