      I really like the staff and am trying to give this branch a chance. In the past I've had many issues take place that was not pleasent but never thought to give a review. Today I have probably stood in this line for more that 20 minutes. The people behind the desk seem not to have a clue as to what they are doing. An elderly lady in front on me started to complain about the long wait to the branch manager and he kinda blew her off. This is not what I like to see in an institution that has my money. This needs to get better. Asap
